Summit Galleria Cebu

I have stayed to different hotels in Cebu and this is the most convenient hotel to stay. It has an access in Robinsons. They change the breakfast menu everyday. Room is clean as well. Will surely be back.

Cleanliness, strategic place, food was good, housekeeping and service was amazing

I stayed here for 7 days. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and it was tidied every day, though the ones cleaning forgot something sometimes, but it was minimal. They provided immediately what was missing. There was a variety of food to choose from for the buffet. The only thing I noticed was that they served the same fruit everyday in my 1 week stay here 😁 I just wished they could have included PAPAYA fruit in the buffet. But overall, it was truly satisfying and the place itself is very nice. It is connected to the mall which I like it. I surely would return here in my future travels 👍🤗

So clean and so accessible to taxi. I have a child that's why i choose this so that i have a mall access anytime and she can play whenever she want. This place is the best place for rest and recreation. The food were delicious and the crew are appproachable. Highly recommended.

We arrived a little earlier than expected, but the front desk staff were very friendly and kindly prepared a room for me. The view was exactly what I had hoped for, a room overlooking the port and the sea, which looked beautiful during the daytime. Luckily, there was also an event happening nearby, so I got to enjoy a lovely fireworks display from the room as well. The area stayed quiet and relaxing at night, making it a very comfortable stay. I’d happily come back again.

Staff are extraordinary attentive. Location is good and parking is free.

We stayed here for one night with my wife, our two kids, my mother, and a friend, and it was a wonderful experience for our whole group. Excellent Location: The direct connection to Robinsons Galleria mall made everything so easy for our family. We didn't have to worry about traffic or the weather when we wanted to go shopping or grab a meal. Spacious and Clean: The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and clean, giving us all more than enough space to relax. The beds were super comfortable after a long day of travel. Friendly Staff: Every single staff member we encountered—from the security guards to the front desk—was polite, smiling, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. It's a perfect choice for families traveling with kids and elderly parents. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit Cebu City!

Worst hotel I visited in Philippines. They gave us surely the worst room *616*, windows on two huge fan from the machine room, cannot sleep at all. 😵😵😵 62 decibels of noise in my room. No hot water, dirty bed and all commodities are super old. I surely do not recommend this hotel at all.

This was very comfortable, a proper hotel with an amazing price to service ratio. The breakfast was also fabulous for the price and authentic based upon local cuisine. Staff extremely helpful and large king sized bed was very comfortable.
