Upon arrival at the hotel, no security guard at the entrance and there is no receptionist also. We waited for almost 30 mins for our check in. The room is small comapre to other hotel nearby with the same price range. The lobby smells really good but the room is not kinda smelly but tolerable.

We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, hoping for a smooth check-in, but they were overbooked. Instead of the Deluxe Room we booked, we were given a room with bunk beds, no towels, and no basic amenities. I canceled the original booking and booked two more nights, agreeing to pay the price difference once I got the refund. But when we checked out, they asked me to pay the full price for the Deluxe Room, which was 400 pesos more than the online price. This was very frustrating and stressful. This stay was uncomfortable and not what we expected for a vacation. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel is amazong, close to different establishments. Walking distance to food, massage areas and groceries. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Recommended place to stay. Worth its price.

Very Good Location, Staff are so helpful. But the hotel wifi is not good. And one more thing one petrol station front of the hotel.

Small room but clean, friendly staff, have a 7/11 just under the hotel!!! Elevator was not working!!! Location is good, walking distance to restaurants amid mango square!!! Some “suspicious “ activities 😂 happening just at the door of the hotel!!! Besides that everything good !!! Price quality good !!
