Fili Hotel at NUSTAR Cebu

Everything is awesome. From nice lobby to the rooms with toilets same like in Japan. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended. I will stay again soon.

You need to go through a security check before entering the hotel, which makes you feel very safe. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, and any questions or issues were handled quickly. The room was clean and well-maintained. Both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. There was also a JBL speaker in the living room, which was a really nice touch. I was especially happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room had a great view. One thing to note is that there seems to be a voltage issue with the hair dryer, so it couldn’t be used in the bathroom. The hand cream also smelled amazing and worked really well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly. The room for us wasn’t ready so we were also offered complimentary late checkout for the delay.

The service and overall environment were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious as well. They also kindly upgraded our room for free. We would definitely come back again!

Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well. The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier. My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated.
