Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu

The hotel is located right next to the SM City shopping mall. You can access SM directly from the hotel's side alley just by crossing a small street, which is very convenient. However, one thing I really have to complain about is that the hotel strictly insists on a 3:00 PM check-in time, not a minute early. I took my time getting there, thinking that arriving around noon would mean I'd only have to wait a little bit to get into my room. But even after I went to SM for lunch and came back at 2:30 PM, they still made me wait! In addition, the hotel's overall hardware is honestly just so-so. The pool was under renovation when I stayed there, meaning aside from the room, there were practically no other facilities available. Considering the price, it really feels like a rip-off. Had I known this, I would have booked somewhere else.

Extremely clean with an amazing view! I felt safe and secure knowing there was always a luggage check at the entrance. The front desk staff were also very kind.

Every time I come to Cebu, I always stay here. It's so convenient, right next to and directly connected to SM Mall.

The hotel was very clean, and the service quality was excellent, making for a comfortable trip ✈️. Even when waiting for a taxi outside the hotel, the staff waited with us and chatted with us with a smile. As it was my first international trip, it created wonderful memories! The morning buffet was also a lot of fun, and everything was delicious!
