Hotels in Cebu Downtown, Cebu City

Great place to stay. Close enough to everything. They have a ping pong and pool table. Laundry downstairs. A good gym. Staff are friendly. Only issue was some days we would leave the clean room sign on door but the room wouldn’t get cleaned…assuming not a daily service they offer as it was on and off

Very comfortable and very near the Chong Hua Hospital. Appropriate accommodation for those coming from different parts of Visayas and Mindanao to have an executive medical check up at Chong Hua hospital.

ROOM RATES ARE BIT CHEAP TO OTHER HOTELS IN CEBU. YOU MUST TRY TO INCLUDE THEIR FREE BREAKFAST AND ITS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋 .... COZY, CLEAN ROOM.. AIRCON IS COLD HEHE. I TRIED TO STAY IN THE ROOFDECK FOR MY DINNER AND HAVE SOME COCKTAIL DRINKS, HAD EXPERIENCE THEIR ACOUSTIC TOO, VERY RELAXING...SO YOU MUST TRY TOO IF YOU WANT TO RELAPSE BY 7PM-10PM (HAHA) NICE PLACE, RELAXED, NICE VIEW AND VERY LIVELY. FOODS ARE WORTH IT, REASONABLE PRICE 👌 THANK YOU SOOO MUCH THE **PAD CO-LIVING**

Love the water pressure!!! We also love the massage room service! Service people are nice!! Though when they collected our towels, they didn’t provide new ones so we have to call the concierge. Hehe. Hmm, the only con for me is the noise! The room beside us seems to have a lot of guests because they keep on opening/closing their door. Also, you’ll hear karaoke sessions outside—luckily, they’ll stop at night.

Nice stay, room was clean though they are strict with check in time we were there 12 PM early check in is not possible so we wait and then try again and asked at 2:55 PM, the lady at the front desk is not that friendly and told us the room is still not ready and will call us once ready. 3:10 PM still no update so I asked again another front desk personnel, this time it was a guy who gave me the key card. The room was ready all along but no initiative from them to update us.

The hotel is very close to Ayala mall. If you are someone that loves shopping , then you should stay here. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy music in the evening, they have some live music in the lobby until 11 pm. You can also order cocktails or any drinks in the lobby bar. They have some very good ones. ”Gayuma ng Sirena. ” is a must try. Breakfast is also good just come earlier to be able to sit in the restaurant.

I'm sorry, but the musty carpet smell ruined my experience. It smells as if the hotel hasn't shampooed the carpets in 20 years. I asked to change rooms the first night, but that didn't make much difference. Such a small room window meant that I couldn't air out the room. The smell was so fetid, that I'd cover my nose with the bed linen just to sleep. I was tempted to sleep in the bathroom where there was no carpet, or even just book another hotel. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I won't be returning unless they remove or replace the carpet, as I doubt even a shampoo job would remove odour this bad. They've had complaints about the carpet before, so I can't see this happening. And that's a shame, because the decent interior design and amenities provided is on par with that of a 4 or 5 star hotel. It's too bad the hotel managers will scare off potential guests just to save costs on shampooing carpets. I can't always say positive things about the service, either. While the staff are polite, I'd ask them to fix my safety deposit box while I was out and it never happened. I'd have to keep reminding them to supply me with water, a little cumbersome since I really didn't have a direct way of communicating to housekeeping. There was a phone line, but calls weren't answered. Regarding location, you'd think it's a prime location given its proximity to Ayala Mall. Just be warned that the hotel is positioned between major traffic jams (see the photo). These traffic jams didn't just occur during peak hours, either. Otherwise, the rooms weren't as noisy as it looks.

So this is my 3rd time in this hotel and i was surprised that the guy in elevator he saw us having hard time carrying two 30kg luggage (heavy) and one. 10kg luggage  He just watched us and not even helping us to carry it to the hotel  (We are 2 young ladies , me and my sisters)
