A good hotel to stay for a night before/after the flight from Cebu. Walking distance from a big shopping mall where you can find a lot of nice restaurants

It's close to the icon and right in the middle of Cebu City, so it's great for moving around the city. The facilities are clean and the elevator requires a card key to use, so security is good.

The staff was kind and nice. It was also nice that there was bottled water in the room and a water server in the hallway on each floor. The cost performance is also good, so I would like to use it the next time I visit Cebu.

Because the flight to Cebu was delayed by nine hours, we checked into the hotel at three in the morning. I booked a twin room. After checking in, I found that there was only one bed. When I called the front desk, it seemed that there were no twin rooms. I felt sleepy and collapsed. But the lady at the front desk was very nice and asked someone to add a small bed for me. For the sake of environment and attitude, I still give you a thumbs up. I asked for a long-term rental price. If you don't consider that there is no washing machine and no place to dry clothes, the accommodation should be comfortable and you can cook. I think it's better than Manila. It is also close to SM and the bus station, making it convenient to go to the island.

It's too far down an alley and there aren't any supplies provided. I would recommend staying for 0.5 nights, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're staying for a long time. The bed sheets are also damp.

The indoor sound insulation is very poor, and there are children talking and screaming. The air conditioner is too loud. Before dawn, the sound of motorcycles, barking dogs and chirping birds was so noisy that I had to wake up early. It’s not even 8 o’clock, so hurry up and leave.

A family of five booked a family room for a day trip. After arriving, they were told that there were no family rooms. They put our family of five in a single-room double suite with two extra beds. The bed was no different from the simple bed used for naps at the company. What's the difference? The toiletries are for two people, there is no toilet paper, and the bed is not very clean. The experience is very poor. The hotel service is very amateurish!

My wife and I were in town for business. The Hotel was very clean , quiet , affordable and the staff was very accommodating. Also it was surprising centrally located . A few minutes away from the Cebu IT Park, Malls , Magellan's Cross and the U.S consulate.

The building is brand new, less than a year old. I choose Cebu family suites because I wanted a suite rather than a hotel. I wanted the larger size of a suite but the biggest differentiating factor is having a kitchen, as I like to have at least one home cooked meal a day when traveling. There is a basic store at the lobby where you can buy some ingredients. Staff is friendly and very helpful, arranging transportation and meals. Amenities include a gym and a large function room. Breakfast is included. It was a relatively short stay for me this time, but on my next visit I will definitely stay here again. And at these prices, I can afford to stay longer.
