這次是第二次住，上次住得挺好的所以這次還選了這家過夜，結果沒想到這次體驗不太好，首先查訂單查半天，根本不知道有Ctrip訂單，我去外面取了個錢再逛了下7-11回來才找到預訂訊息，攜程是沒溝通好嗎？我凌晨2點落地宿務，打車到酒店已經2點半多了，本就疲憊不堪，還要因為預訂訊息問題在那等。其次是噪音，早上5點多開始，睡得正香的時候，應該是酒店的保潔或是工人就開始在打掃為什麼還是幹嘛，叮咣叮咣一直在弄，大聲説話還放音樂唱歌，我最後是實在困得不行才在吵雜聲中又睡過去。我再退房時已向酒店前台提出意見，也希望攜程做好客户和酒店的預訂訊息確認，你攜程給我發了預訂確認，但是酒店根本不知道有這個預訂，連Ctrip都沒聽説過，幸虧我出來比較多輕車熟路也沒有語言障礙，如果是第一次來這邊又語言不通的客人要怎麼處理呢？

The hotel is perfect. The aria is old and very busy.
But if you want to see the old center and the Basilica the Santo Ninõ. Or go to the boat Pier 1. Than I would advise this hotel.

Poor quality of sheets bed, itchy or small insects.
No problem to change and upgrade the room. Room is so so and it’s not a executive room.
