Hotels in Mactan, Cebu

Was super busy and we always had to wait for someone at reception and for elevators. So many people for only 2-3 elevators at a time. Beach is nothing special and no available chairs because everyone puts their towels down to claim them. Okay for the money we spent but really nothing super special. Rooms need updated towels and bedding had stains.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is close to the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early or late flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me quickly with check-in and were always willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money. Considering the location, service, and comfort, the price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle service was also very convenient and saved a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and airport-friendly place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel near the airport. The staff provided a free shuttle service. The rooms are quite clean, and there's a decent restaurant on the second floor, which is a lifesaver since there aren't many places in town where you'd want to eat.

The hotel facilities are fantastic, with multiple swimming pools and a water park, plus a beach and ocean – perfect for a full day of family fun. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, with a wide variety of options.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. They truly cared for us when the earthquake happened on the night we were sleeping in our rooms. We used the stairs from the 5th floor post incident fearing for the aftershocks…we all stayed by the under renovation pool to stay away from the building in case it collapsed. The building swayed so much with the 6.9 magnitude..it was scary. The staff were calm and kept us all comfortable despite being scared themselves too. They helped us all moved to the 2nd floor after midnight post safety inspection.

We had a wonderful stay at Costabella. Everyone was friendly. The pool and private beach were great. The only downside was the broken shower on the first day, but it was fixed quickly upon request. There were also some flying insects in the bathroom.

I really liked the hotel. The breakfasts were a bit basic, but enough! The service was excellent, everyone was smiling and polite. There's a free shuttle to/from the airport. Magellan's grave is very close by! It's a good neighborhood! I recommend this hotel! The only downside is that it's a bit noisy. The windows are single-paned and don't block out much street noise.

Absolutely incredible stay! Stunning beach access, a luxurious swimming pool, and a top-tier gym made it feel like a dream vacation. The rooms were flawless and the service was outstanding. Truly unforgettable!lean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Comfortable stay and good value for money. Would recommend.

FThe room is clean, the beds are comfy, and everything feels fresh. I’m happy with my stay so far. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is perfect just near the airport making it the most convenient option for a tired traveler. I was shocked about the ₱2,000 deposit because it wasn’t stated in their policy, but overall everything is good. The receptionists are kind and friendly, and after a long day, their helpful service really eased my stress. I checked in late, so it was nice that she was very accommodating.”
