We stayed at this relatively new hotel for 3 nights. We loved the stylish rooms, friendly staff and good facilities. The Good. 1. The renovated villa and former restaurant had elegant grounds with nice views over the town. The area is built up, but this was an oasis of calm. 2. The rooms were really stylish and well equipped. The modern colour scheme, excellent shower, and bathroom were lovely. The freestanding bath was the cherry on top. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked, and the room was well laid out. A coffee machine would have been good 3. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping worked flexible hours. 4. The public spaces were nice, including a pool area, seated areas near reception, and another space overlooking the harbour. 5. The staff were very professional and helpful- they allowed us to extend our check-out time. 6. Light lunch was available during the day, and the bar area was again stylish. 7. Breakfast was good, and rhe was a room service option available. I didn't think that the extra charge for hot food should be added- it should be included in the rate. 8. The hotel had a lift. The Bad. 1. Some of the extra charges were quite steep for the minibar and drinks, as well as the hot food items charge of €10 at breakfast. 2. The hotel is located up the hill from the main town- about 8 minuste to the old town and 12 minutes to the sea. Taxis cost €15 each way.
