good location a lot of service but i have no time to try the room is super big but interior is a bit old

When we arrive at hotel and after checking-in me and my wife drink 1 bottle of water each thats complimentary in the room. Then we left to walk around the city. When we return to hotel at the evening we were so tired and it was late, I forgot to buy water from market (as I didnt want to walk in city with 5 Liter of water at my bag) I assumed when I return to our room they would refill already because we were gone during the housekeeping hours. But we had no water at room. I went to reception and I said "can I get some water" and he directed me to the restaurant upstairs. I go there and I tell them I want water. They said "it's with payment but if you go to your room and call reception you can get refilled at room" so I went my room and call reception that I just talked 2 mins ago?? and he transferred my call to restaurant that I just talked 1 min ago?? and they said OK then we are bringing to your room 4 waters. and they asked for payment of 560 MKD. I had to pay to survive as a human biology........... but we just could not believe what happened, as it we got scammed and taken advantage of us being strangers to their country with a basic human need of WATER. no no Im not finished. that was first event. then the DAY 2. We again walk around the city all day and night and come back to room very tired. We would LOVE to end our sweet day with a cozy coffee. and here is what happened. I go to restaurant and tell them we want 2 coffees for me and wife. a big fat guy that seems like bodyguard say "you cant come in here there is another event" and I am a RESIDENT of that supposedlly 5 star hotel that I paid bootloads of money .. for what?!? then I insisted we just want 2 coffees please so he annoyingly took us to a downstairs bar and directed us there "go talk for coffee" and I went in and staff was like not even talking to our faces straight up ignoring. and I got so upset that I ask for coffee and they said you cant have it. I said "your staff brought me here himself can you talk to him?" they said "no only alcoholic coctails" and I walked out so sad like another scammed. so I went reception to tell him everything. he offered ZERO solution. you know what maybe while I was telling him our issues even a small cup of nescafe would be sweet but no. he just says "yes, ok, allright" and I walked out again with no solution. staff cant solve any problems but causes problems because I got mislead twice. also all times I saw ZERO smiles but just hostile faces. I HATED my stay at their hotel and I want my money back in full.

No housekeeping. Good location. Restaurant is good one day, terrible the other. Definitely try somewhere else next time.
