Had a great time! The hotel is at a great location and the staff is always really friendly and very helpful!

The room was clean. Town is walking distance. Breakfast were very good

The reception staff were really friendly and patiently explained everything, even when I kept asking a lot of questions. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast had a great variety, including plenty of vegetables, and was very delicious. The fact that it starts at 6:30 AM was a huge help, as it gave me plenty of time to make it to tours. It was incredibly convenient that the hotel's entrance was also a meeting point for tours organized by GYG and others. The room itself was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, like a refrigerator, electric kettle, slippers, and shampoo. My only minor disappointment was that I was told bottled water would be replenished daily in the fridge, but it only happened on the first day. Overall, I was very satisfied. It's a lively, bright, and excellent hotel. I really enjoyed my time in Ljubljana.

Really like this hotel so so much. It have a very good location which just few mins walk to Presernov trg. Definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Mid point between station and old town. Hotel room is clean, breakfast standard with bacon, different kind of eggs, yogurts and fruits. Come with a new gym but I did not use it . I would recommend it.

Pretty standard, but the location is excellent. Most major attractions are just a few minutes' walk away, and it's nice to visit the market early in the morning. The facilities are a bit dated, and with many guests, breakfast can get a bit crowded. The underground parking garage is available by reservation, which is very convenient.

Very convenient hotel, located in just around all important places to visit. Everything can be reached in walking distance. The room was upgraded. Very nice

Absolutely loved this hotel! Central to public transport and all walking streets. Could see the places of interest as well depending on your room - we managed to have a pocket view of the palace and it was gorgeous. Hotel staff were also awesome and sweet. Hotel breakfast spread is great! Overall very happy experience.

Great hotel in a good location with friendly staff and good facilities. Room was perfect and the breakfast I highly recommend. 7 min walk to bus station and 5 min walk to center of town.

The hotel is conveniently located. So easy to walk around the old town from there. Near the bus terminal and the room is comfortable but the bed was too high! The toiletries are from L'occitane and smells wonderful. The breakfast is good. Lots of different types of food to try. They even helped to pack us breakfast when we were flying off in the early morning. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Airport transfer is also available. I enjoyed my stay there.

Such a pleasant hotel, great amenities & excellent service. I left my passports behind in the room safe after checking out and the helped get me a temp room key to retrieve it.

Close to the square and food, shopping area. Room was cosy and clean. Good breakfast options for 2 to 3 days without getting bored. Train and bus station around a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on the traffic lights to cross intersections

This is a fantastic hotel, great location as it is just 2 min walking distance from the city centre. The services from the staff are also wonderful. We will definitely come back again.
