Amazing stay. Good location, near to bus station. Easy to walk to main areas of attractions. Breakfast was phenomenal and thoughtful to cater to vegans and different types of diets! Service staff were friendly and sweet and quick to respond to our requests for anything! Made our stay enjoyable. Have also stayed at the hotel opposite. But grand plaza is way better.

New hotel, close to city center. Professional staff

The room was big, clean, and very cozy. The hairdryer was a good brand and didn’t dry my hair. The items in the bathroom are thoughtfully curated. The breakfast was good too. What I especially liked about the hotel was that even though the checkout was at 12 noon the front desk didn’t call me before that to remind me of my check out. I didn’t feel rushed and bothered at all. These things matter to frequent travelers: respect of space and time. Thank you, will be sure to return and recommend this to friends and colleagues!

The location is convenient, the bus station is within walking distance. It is a very typical business hotel. The hotel is large and also accommodates groups, so the buffet breakfast is very crowded.

Came for the weekend from Zagreb, stayed for 2 nights and traveled around the area. Everything is comfortable and unobtrusive. No comments

Very business-style and close to the bus terminal!

The room is OK, not too big, the sanitation is OK, it is relatively clean, opposite is the Intercontinental. The high floor has a good view, the breakfast is rich, but there is not much change every day.

New and modern hotel. Ideally located - within walking distance from both train stations and the central part of the city. There are several good restaurants nearby. What I liked: 1 . Very friendly and helpful staff 2. Spacious room with a great view 3. Comfortable bed and accessories 4 . Delicious and varied breakfast What I didn't like: 1 . From time to time a cracking sound is heard in the ventilation system. The repairman came twice, but found no problems. However, it really ruined my sleep. 2. The gym has very poor equipment and poor ventilation. You must breathe the smell of rubber from the floor. 3. Packing cost - 30 euros per day

Good location, very close to the bus station. The view from the high floors is also good. The service is not worthy of five stars. We brought our children, but there was no cot or sofa bed, and the key point was that there was only one set of toiletries and slippers.

The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities and warm and thoughtful staff. It is about ten minutes' walk from the old city attractions, with convenient transportation. If you drive, the hotel provides paid parking in the underground parking lot, and the room rate is reasonable

The room is very clean and the breakfast is rich. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, and you can walk to the scenic spot in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants around.
