I asked for a quite room, was given one in ground floor next to the main road.. I asked to be changed to a different room, they gave me one on third floor joint room but the walls were so thin i could hear the person snoring and phone vibrating until 3am. Then around 4am it was call to prayer then around 6am the hotel played Chinese new year music and left it on throughout the day. I paid for two nights but i checked out a day early with no refund. It was clean and location was good shame about noise and not being able to sleep.

Location is in middle of Chinatown with lots of food around. Hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is OK and managable as it is an old hotel

The hotel was good and amazing, the road near hotel was full of food and the hotel service, atmosphere was amazing and also many fun kids activities

This hotel looks clean and organized Furthermore Good service and facilities. The room clean and tidy, the breakfast not much variety for options and taste the staff friendly.

We had a cosy room but the shower strength was too weak. Staff service was very good though and the hotel location was convenient too.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location just walking distance to culinary places along Suryakencana road. Good breakfast and buffet dinner. Suitable for families and for group meeting.

Nice hotel. Room was very spacious. Comes with smart tv. Wide variety of breakfast.
