The pillows smelled musty, and when I took off the cover, it was clear they were past their prime and shouldn't still be in use. The TV screen was dark on the right side. The peephole in the door had no cover, so I had to stuff it with tissue. The mirror was cracked. And when I tried to perform ablution (wudhu), the tap water came out like chocolate milk, though only for a short time before the brown water stopped. Before that, the tap made a sputtering sound – unfortunately, I didn't get a video or photo. For the pool area, it's best not to use those fabric loungers as they smelled damp and musty.
