Stayed our second night at Horizon Hotel by Shanti. For the same price, this hotel was awful. Horizon offered airport pickup and includes breakfast. Room condition, reception and service was 1000x better.

Good Stay I am extremely happy with the housekeeping services. The staff is very hardworking, honest, and professional. The room and bathroom are cleaned thoroughly, and everything is done properly and on time. The staff’s behavior is very polite and helpful. The level of cleanliness is truly commendable, and their dedication to work is clearly visible. I would definitely recommend the front office team zakir shandya to everyone. Hotel five elements north avenue delhi The location is excellent, right in the heart of kamla nagar with easy access to the market and metro. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and compact, offering good comfort for short stays. Service is prompt and staff are polite, always ready to assist with queries.The overall ambiance is modern and minimal, giving a fresh vibe compared to typical budget hotels. Great value for money, though the rooms could be slightly more spacious for longer stays. Special mention chandan and bittu very helpful and friendly person
