It felt like a prison. Freezing room. Heater provided but had to change room. Useless managers. Smells. Dirty. One star and not even the 3 they claim. Oh - and there are PIGEONS flying in the building. The actual photos are photoshopped.

I have stayed at a dozen hotels in delhi but. The pearl residency was on the top of the list of best stays and best experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful.

Filthy, Terrible and horrendous Staying in the HOTEL.... I don't know how MMT recommend this type of hotel!!? It's almost deceiting people and taking money!!!?

My stay was a pleasant one. Staff are polite and food was comforting. Only discomfort i felt was, there is no ventilation in the room as there is no window.
