Rooms are neat and clean..and staff of hotel are in friendly natured.. especially Mukesh sir,Manager of hotel is caring and kind-hearted person..thank you Rupam hotel.tiffin arranged in hotel is very good.totally very good and descent area located hotel.

Room was spacious. Hotel staffs were very much cooperative. Food was very good. But room service food is costly. Overall a very good experience and would like to be there again

Very Nice location staff is very friendly they assist you about Delhi if you are new . Food is also good. Manager Mr Rupam Mishra is guided me and assist me on my query’s. Rupam is the Best hotel at this location as its close to BL kapur hospital and Gangaram Hospital as well.

Bathroom shower not working properly. No tea coffie available in room. Room also not clean properly specially windows.

Room was Average as one light is not getting switched off and also the floor was something not clean...sone dust is lyin on that . Otherwise it was good stay with silence environment and nice receptionist behaviour.......................

Stayed for 3n/4d. The hotel is located near karolbagh metro. Nice place to stay. Good ambience and very polite staff

We checked in early so they charged 500rs for that but that is fine. Then I wanted the room for 4 hours only and for that they charged full day price plus the early check in charge. Even after charging so much, the geyser was not working, the window glasses were broken and the wooden flooring was chipped and the chair was also broken.

Very nice clean place.with helpful reception and staff..all was upto the mark.only required is better breakfast choice, which was limited in variety.......near to Karol bagh market and metro station. I hope to be back soon on my next visit.

Rooms are good .. food quality is very good, The service was good .. Mukesh is cooperate and helping person.. overall very good experience .. Restaurant Ambiance is also good.. restaurant staff also cooperative.. Overall a very good experience with hotel Rupam

Small compact rooms and more compact toilets Have to deal with cockroaches now and then. If staying for longer be prepared to be served same 3-4 items every day. Please offer more breakfast items. All the staff at the reception are cooperative and cordial.

However with all the due respect we would like to point out that while your long stay you had never shared any single issue about dealing with cockroaches or dissatisfaction with the breakfast. And to a bit of our surprise no other guest has also brought cockroaches issue into our notice at all. Your statement about getting 3-4 items everyday in breakfast is self contradictory as what more could have been served within our feasibility ? . We are always open to opinions and ready to comply with if any are shared with us, especially in case of long staying guests. Hotel and its management team becomes helpless when such issues are shared on feedback platforms after their check out from the Hotel rather than during their stay in the Hotel. The hotel is in a very good location. I liked the food there very much, the staff is very helpful, especially Jeevan Singh's way of talking is very nice. He is a very open person. The entire front office staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful. No matter how much I praise the hotel staff, it is too little. According to me, one thing needs to be changed that the linen that you give to the guest in the room should be kept in a basket and the linen should be kept in a trolley so that it can be maintained hygienically. all the best to all staff. keep it up. thank you so much.
