The reception n security staff are very helpful. The lobby is nice, smells good. The property is clean. Elevator only fit 2 adults n luggage (ours are backpacks)
But the layout of the room is very weird & ineffective. It’s clearly not designed properly.
The wardrobe is gigantic it takes up the whole entry. The desk & tv are too big. The bed is very small I don’t think it’s queen size (160cm wide).
The chair of the desk is almost not usable bcs there’s no space to put it out. The AC hits your head directly it’s ridiculous. We have to turn around, put our head on the feet side. The bedside corner next to the window is such a waste of space.
The bathroom is quite spacey. Amenities is nice, American Standard. But the hot water in the shower doesn’t work. Only the one in the sink does. The floor is slippery. Both of our towels are torn.
The walls are paper thin all kinds of sounds n volume goes through. It’s non smoking bedroom but our sheet has cigarette burn marks.
Too bad. The location is perfect n staffs are nice. But the building n interior contractor seems lacking of competence.
