I was here during the weekend, overall cleanliness is good, hotel located close to train station. However, i was not expect to have breakfast meal in a meal box. The staff said that the buffet breakfast only serve if i book more than 10 rooms. That was so bias to me. I suggest that next time better to inform to the guest very clearly what tipe of breakfast they will get, so it is not create false expectation.

Great hotel. Menteng is excellent location. Cikini station 5 minute walk. Excellent value and staff. Our only Jakarta hotel. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel has a strategic location, is very clean, and the service was excellent. However, it would be better if they provided bottled mineral water instead of refilled water. I also hope the hotel can improve the quality of the body soap and its dispenser, as it was difficult to use.
