Book a Suite Room. But when check in at 5pm was delay due to safety box damage. Shower pressure was low. Room is old and few thing damage.

The facilities are quite old, and there's a musty smell in the room. It seems to have been renovated, but the aging walls leak when it rains. The service attitude is decent, and the room decor is okay.

BREAKFAST is AWESOME!!! The room is a little old. Location is perfect!! VIEW from the room is sooo good!!

One of my friends recommended this hotel.I booked and stayed 3 days. Breakfast is brilliant. Staffs are very helpful. Very good location. I will recommed my friends who have plan to visit Jakarta.

Right next to the concert venue, super close and convenient. Definitely book here if you're seeing a show, otherwise, don't bother – it's not great value for money. My duvet even had inexplicable bloodstains, and the AC smelled musty. But the hotel's location is divine; after the concert, you can just walk 200 meters straight up to your room and sleep!

When you enter the lobby, it’s quite spacious and crowded. The staf service is excellent. The carpet in the hallway to our room have unplesant smell mau be because old or humid. The room is clean, the wallpaper look old, the room has large space and comfortable. A thing that not comfortable is the room is not sound proof and the bathroom shower is leaked is you turn higher and the water can flooding whole bathroom floor and will feel dirty and wet. The bathtub look old and kind of dirty. The location is very strategy for our meeting, we just need to walk and really save our time in traffic.

Close to GBK and the staffs are friendly and welcoming, wide variety of food for breakfast

To be honest, choosing this hotel just because it’s close to my business trip appointments, I was actually quite disappointed since the booking process. The hotel is very old but clean, location is good which is no complaint about on accessibility. However, no phone in the room saying PABX brokers (first time ever I heard of with my 20+ years hotel experiences), you can’t ask for extra bottle of water. Request that none could be attended to on bedding. When we checked in after official check in time that was told room isn’t available. Until I refused to accept as I did have appointment to catch. On the good side, room is spacious but it’s like 30 years old without any renovations. Not sure if I would ever come back staying here again if I visit Jakarta again.

I booked this hotel as it is close to Indonesia Arena. There are two shopping malls nearby. Staff are nice room are big, it is what I just needed. I tried their massage, easy to book, very convenient.

For a 4 star hotel it’s okay. For the price could have expected much better but it’s okay.

Great location, especially if you're attending a concert in the Senayan area.
