Lume’os Hotel

Had a really comfortable stay here. All the staff, from security to reception, were very friendly and responsive. A big thank you for going out of your way to hold my packages for me! 🙏 The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, and the AC was nice and cold. The location is great, close to coffee shops and food, and very near a bus stop. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi connection. Will definitely stay again, and longer next time!

Comfortable, strategic location, just that the room condition is a bit dim, maybe it needs an update.

The bathroom water was too dirty to shower, but the front desk staff, especially one named Muti, was very welcoming and enthusiastic.

This hotel is right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around and accessing amenities. The service is absolutely excellent, and it offers fantastic value for money. Staying here was definitely the right choice, and I'll be choosing this hotel again in the future.

The room facilities were good, but honestly, the cleanliness of the bedding was lacking. I stayed for 3 days.

Booked a family suite at a great price. This hotel in Cempaka Putih is cool, with lots of food options around. Hotel service and room facilities are top-notch. Next time I'm on duty, I'll definitely come back here.
