The bathroom was clean, although it could use some improvement. Considering the price, I think the hotel is acceptable, but there are probably better options available if you are looking for more comfort and better service.

The receptionist with the lovely voice was incredibly friendly and pleasant. They also held onto my luggage for me.

The room size was decent. It's right next to the light rail, so there's bound to be some noise. There's a convenience store downstairs, and plenty of dining options within a 15-20 minute walk. Haven't seen any cockroaches or ants so far.

The basic amenities are all there, the bed was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning worked fine. It was also fairly quiet at night, which was good for resting. The room's cleanliness was average; nothing spectacular, but it was basically clean.

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a decent 3-star hotel with a safe. You have to ask for slippers separately. It would be perfect if they provided a hairdryer and a shower head (for the bath/shower). I hope they can also provide shower caps. Some windows are blocked, and I wish I could see outside. All in all, it's great value for money.

The beautiful lady at the hotel reception is always polite and composed, even with unreasonable guests. She provides excellent service. In my personal opinion, for the large population in East Asia, such humility and tolerance are not always effective. I wish there were fines for those who violate rules and disrupt order.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and would consider staying here again next time. The location is decent for visiting both Kota Tua and Chinatown, as both are within walking distance. There are LRT/train stations on both sides, making it quite convenient to get to various places. The hotel facilities are okay, and the room was clean and tidy. There is a convenience store downstairs, which makes buying things very convenient.

This is a very clean hotel. Above all, the calm demeanor and warm smile of the reception staff were truly wonderful! It lived up to the reviews. The room comes with all the necessary amenities. There are no bottled water, so be sure to use the water pitcher in your room to get water from the dispenser in the hallway. However, my room was on the 5th floor near the elevator, and I was bothered by the very loud noise, probably from the outdoor unit, at night. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and polite. There's a night market downstairs with plenty of food options. The room was clean, and they were able to arrange one with a window. The bathroom had a showerhead but no handheld shower. It was a bit inconvenient that they couldn't provide an extra key card for the deposit.

The room was clean, and I appreciated the flexibility with the room type. However, there aren't many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so finding food within walking distance might be a bit of a challenge. Water was leaking from the air conditioner in the room. They checked it on the same day, but afterward, the airflow only went downwards, making the room a bit warm. Since it was the day before our last day, I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. The air conditioner is old and has a bit of mold. It would be great if it could be updated.

The room isn't big, but the cleanliness is good! The AC works great! However, the outdoor unit is incredibly noisy 🤦♂️. It sounded like someone was snoring right next to my ear all night, which made it hard to rest. Maybe it was just my room! The price was cheap though!

My recent stay at a d'Prima Group hotel was disappointing. Since I checked in at night, the only rooms available were either noisy due to train sounds or windowless 'cell' rooms. I requested to switch to a quiet room with a window for the following days, but the front desk lady refused, claiming they were fully booked for the entire week. It's highly unlikely that every single guest would be staying for a full week, so this was clearly a blatant lie. Japanese people strongly dislike such dishonest behavior. Considering why they might have adopted such an arrogant attitude, I believe it's due to recent social media promotions attracting a large number of Japanese, mainland Chinese, and other East Asian guests, leading to full occupancy every day. It's also possible that the behavior of some East Asian guests at night has been problematic. In essence, this hotel seems to be transforming into one that disregards foreign guests. For this management policy to change, they'll likely have to continue their poor service until the number of foreign guests decreases. Such negative reviews spread quickly on social media, so I'd advise the d'Prima Group management to be careful, as this will damage their brand value.

This is a hotel I frequently stay at in Jakarta. I'm very satisfied, but it would be even better if there was a refrigerator. The local eateries nearby are quite tasty once you get used to them.

The power outlets were unusual, but when I asked the front desk, they kindly lent me an adapter. Also, the front desk area smells very nice.

To use the elevator at this hotel, you need to tap your room key. In the evenings, there's a lively pedestrian street nearby with lots of shops and food stalls. The transportation is super convenient, and there's a large shopping mall close by.
