Extended my stay for 1 night. Good location of the hotel. Will stay again if I come back to jakarta .

Everything was great, except for the noise from motorbikes early in the morning since it's right by the road. The food and service were excellent 👍

Stayed here to watch a concert in Indonesia Arena. It’s a 15 minute walk from the hotel, very convenient.

What truly set this stay apart was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of every staff member I encountered, which felt heartfelt rather than scripted. From the moment I arrived, the doorman (a lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) greeted me with a sincere smile and answer questions about the hotel and local area. Later, when I ordered room service, the delivery staff was equally friendly, prompt, and taking the time to ensure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. This level of personalized care is what makes luxury hospitality memorable. The only areas for improvement relate to some aging in-room facilities. Specifically, the bathroom curtain was quite stiff and difficult to pull smoothly, and I struggled with the bathtub drain—unable to figure out how to operate it properly. I would kindly suggest the maintenance team check the bathtub drain in room 617 to ensure it's functioning correctly and easy for guests to use. Despite these minor issues, Fairmont Jakarta has won me over with its outstanding service culture. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to returning on my next trip to Jakarta.

Conveniently located in the bustling city center. Two large shopping malls are within walking distance. Hotel breakfast can be delivered to the room. It's also very close to the airport highway entrance.

Had a really great stay here. It's my top choice when I come to Jakarta for a concert because it's within walking distance. Plus, the room service food is delicious – you can even order at 1 AM! And it's not expensive at all; the burger set was only around 80, and it tasted amazing!

My first time at a Fairmont, and it definitely lived up to expectations. Security was top-notch; to even enter the hotel with luggage, both people and bags had to go through X-ray. The room was spacious, came with a bathtub, and even had a washlet.
