Terrible! The sheets and duvet covers were dirty, and the room had no ventilation or windows, making it feel uncomfortable the moment I walked in. I stayed for three days and ended up with a fever, a cold, and COVID, and I'm still not recovered. Do NOT stay here! Be cautious!

Close to the station, and a clean town. Even with friendly staff, this hotel street has a lot of panhandlers.

Decent hotel for the price

Good location near eating outlets of various categories. Wide spaces but cleanliness needs to be improved. Reasonable breakfast and overall good value for money. The facade could be upgraded to be in line with nearby comparable hotels

The room very dark, and the shower room the drainage was blok it was uncomport for us coz the water cant be flow normaly

The hotel offered outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and great value for money.

Need to add amenities such as cotton bud and razor for shaver

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good too.

The receptionist is kind and friendly ，they have some feature restaurants and coffee shop nearby，i stayed for a night，the breakfast is also quite distinctive。

Stayed here because it is close to the office I was working from. The surrounding area isn't the best, but there are a selection of restaurants. The hotel is well equipped. The room was comfortable but needed a deep clean. Unfortunately the TV was useless as there were no interesting stations available. Breakfast was pretty good with some international options, especially given there seemed to be almost no other westerners staying.

Located just near to the sabang culinary area and sarinah, so it was easy to found dinner around the hotel area. The hotel not so big but quite neat and enough, completed with small pools at 4th floor also simple breakfast menus that worth it enough for the prices. Parking area also quite big and easy. The room clean and spacious. Nice..!
