It's about a 10-minute walk from Sarina Department Store. The room is old but clean. The only amenities provided are shampoo, body soap, and a toothbrush, so it's a good idea to bring your own conditioner. The temperature controls for the air conditioner and shower are a little tricky, and even a small adjustment can make a big difference, so it was a little difficult to get a feel for them. The pool is big enough to soak in rather than swim in. The breakfast selection is limited, with only Indonesian food, so it might be best to think of it as just a bonus. Also, I think it's best to avoid loud Western music in the hallway, as it can be heard all the way to the room and is unpleasant.
