The room was very clean, quiet, and felt safe. It's really close to the exhibition center, and they even offer a shuttle service there every day, which is super convenient. Breakfast was decent, and they have a nice bar in the evenings where you can enjoy a drink and listen to music.

The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the large shower space in the bathroom was a welcome feature. · Friendly Staff & Good Breakfast: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality, providing a great start to the day. Cons: · Noise Disruption: The most notable issue was the very loud and lengthy singing from a nearby mosque at night. While this is a normal part of local culture, it can be disruptive for light sleepers or those unfamiliar with the call to prayer. The advice to bring earplugs is essential. · Cigarette Smoke Infiltration: A significant nuisance was the smell of cigarette smoke entering our room through the ventilation system from neighboring rooms. This made the air feel stale and was unpleasant. · Dark Bathroom: The bathroom lighting was quite dim, making it difficult to use for tasks like grooming or applying makeup. · Unremarkable View: While the room had a window, the view was nothing special.

The hotel is really great. They offer a free shuttle service, and there are two convenience stores downstairs, which is perfect for business trips! Breakfast is plentiful, it's quiet, and all the staff can communicate in English, which makes everything hassle-free.

The customer service was completely unprofessional — no one ever picked up the phone when I called, and when I finally managed to speak to someone, they had zero knowledge about handling third-party booking systems. Instead of helping, they left me stranded and frustrated. It felt like the staff had no training at all. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

I've been to Indonesia a few times, and for Indonesia, this hotel is actually quite good. They offer breakfast and shuttle service to exhibitions. It's cleaned daily and is really quite spotless.

The hotel's room service is quite expensive, and the price includes tax and service charge. In short, it's not tasty and overpriced. The inclusion of bottled water and breakfast is a plus, but the laundry service is mediocre; my clothes weren't cleaned properly and they even claimed some items were stained. Despite their good attitude, their service isn't reliable.
