Satisfied with the services. Nice, clean, friendly staffs. The best part is nearby mall (block A/block B & etc), walking distance.

Great stay here. One thing i like the most they have a self service laundry. Location strategic if you want to go shopping at Tanah Abang. I would definately stay again at Ashley.

Nice hotel and we got free upgraded to suite room due to triple room don’t have a window. Front office staff was so helpful, such a lovely experience, highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The hotel smells amazing, is very clean, and has excellent facilities. The Family Room was the highlight of our stay. It is spacious, well-designed, and comes with a fun play area for kids and special lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the location is very convenient. Highly recommended for families, and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The hotel is very clean, smells fresh throughout, and has a modern, beautiful interior. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service laundry, which was very convenient, especially for longer trips. The location is excellent. Tanah Abang Market is within walking distance, making it very easy to shop without needing transportation. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay at Ashley Tanah Abang again on our next trip to Jakarta. Highly recommended

Feels so welcoming during my staycation for 3Days & 2Night here...Receptionist so nice and kind...Got my free upgraded for the biggest room that faced swimming pool, for sure i will be repeat this Ashley Tanah Abang during my staycation at Jakarta very soon🥰

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and the location made it easy to get around Jakarta. One thing we really appreciated was that guests could use the washing machines free of charge. That’s not something you find in many hotels and it was very convenient during our trip. The only downside was that our room was on the 7th floor, right next to the laundry room. At times it was a bit noisy because of guests using the facilities, so we didn’t always have the quiet atmosphere we were hoping for. That’s the main reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. Apart from that, we had a very good experience. If you get a room on a quieter floor or away from the laundry area, I’m sure you’ll have an excellent stay.

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety of food, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with excellent service and facilities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ashley Tanah Abang to anyone visiting Jakarta for business or leisure.
