Had a delightful stay at Hi Hotel Senen. For such an affordable price, you get a strategic location, a cozy room with a great view, and a bathroom with a perfectly working hot shower.

cleanliness, helpful staff, great locations, and comfort.

Booked for 2 nights, and this wasnt my first stay at this hotel. The room is nice, veery clean and all the furnitutes are in the fresh-good condition. The drawbacks are the access to the parking lot which blocked with the crowd (market, UMKMs) near there. Overall, its good

It was just okay.

The room was okay. It’s located very close to the train station. However, the place is a bit hidden like inside a traditional market.

Good choice for Central Jakarta. It's affordable yet worth it. Close to government ministries and Plaza Atrium. Great for those on a low to mid-range budget.

We enjoyed the fast service given by the staff. Whenever we asked for things such as bowls, extra towels, etc, they came and delivered very quickly. They also cleaned the rooms every time we left which we highly appreciated even when we were gone for just an hour. Our main issue with the hotel is the wifi and the noise. We completely understand that the highway is next to the hotel and therefore passing cars and motorcycles can be a problem. This is especially the case late at night when you hear motorcycles racing through the highway. There were also times when the electricity would cut off in the hotel. Sometimes only one elevator at a time would work which did not really bother us. The wifi was also slow most of the time and would oftentimes cut off but it once again did not bother us too much. We ended up extending about 3 times in the hotel due to change of plans and we ended up really enjoying it. It is right next to the mall and so there is easy access if you want to grab a bite or even a movie as we did. In the lowest part of the mall there is also a supermarket that we love browsing through every once in a while.

Clean room and decent bathroom. The hotel is in a strategic location, making me feel right at home here.

The hotel's cleanliness and staff attention are excellent. However, the windows offer very poor sound insulation; you can hear all the outside noise.

Just a suggestion, it would be great if you could add more toilets on the ground floor to avoid long queues. Sometimes the wait is quite long because they are all occupied.

Very nice modern hotel, everything was clean, the design is very sleek and comfortable. The price was amazing for the quality of the hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Also a very nice restaurant inside the hotel. I highly recommend!
