Old hotel but the location near to gbk stadium. Gonna comeback here again when I’m watching a concert at gbk.

Bath room equiments need to change. No hot water. Aircond not cold. The room is big and very helpful staffs.

No extension cord, no adapter for foreigners plug for support, old TV no Netflix no Youtube About service I have asked for cutlery at the lobby then the concierge staff said should be call 0 I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff Must call number 1 So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?! So this is the experience that i got from this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻 I paid for Grand Deluxe Room to get this exp what a shame There is no denying that this hotel has a good location to stay for whom has a plan to see the concert this is the only one reason I will come back here if I do have plan to see the concert next time It’s very near and convenient

Pros - Good location if you go to the stadium for a concert/event - large green area with a pool - ATM inside - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Spacious room - Good view - Bathtub Cons - coffee at the lobby is overpriced (85k IDR) - a bit worn out - only one socket by the bed

Location is great in the city centre. The reception service is warm and great but not the restaurant side. They always forgot to provide the cutlery and always need to ask help.
