Overall, the room was acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls and chairs looked quite worn. There were also some black stains in the toilet bowl that could not be removed, which affected the overall impression. The main issue was with the check-in experience. I specifically left a remark requesting not to be assigned a corner room. During check-in, I asked the front desk again to confirm that my room was not a corner room, and the staff assured me that it wasn't. However, after entering the room, I found that it was actually a corner room. I went back to the front desk to request a room change, but I was told that no other rooms were available. I was only given two options: 1. Change to a room with two single beds, or 2. Wait until 1:00 PM for another room to be cleaned. I had already informed the hotel via WhatsApp that I would only arrive the following morning for check-in. I even booked one extra night specifically so that I could check in and rest immediately upon arrival. If I still had to wait until 1:00 PM for a room, then booking the extra night served no purpose, and it was obviously not possible to get a refund for that additional night. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to guests' special requests in the future. If a request cannot be accommodated, guests should be informed honestly during check-in instead of being told that the room is not a corner room when it actually is. That was the most disappointing part of my stay.

Very clean, and quiet. Comfortable and nice hotel. Totally worth the price. Nearby got alot restaurant, family mart, 7-11, subway, mcd, kfc, starbucks. Convenient. Just that the showering tap holder is too loose, when close the water , the current or pressure drop and the shower tap will straight away drop down.

Very clean and beautiful. However, it's located in an industrial area and quite a distance to get to places. And Penang is really jammed, by the way. Thanks for the great services. Also, could you please log out my YouTube account in room no. 6 on level 7? I forgot. Please.

Second time here! I booked this hotel again because it's close to Politeknik Seberang Perai. I love this hotel; it's clean, affordable, and never disappoints 🫶🏻. One more thing: if you get a room without a window, it's actually bigger than the rooms with windows.

Very nice hotel, clean and mid high tech hotel. level 4 and 5 are just renovate.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a great experience. The room was clean and didn't have any strange odors. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were both quick. The hotel environment was quiet, so I slept really well at night. For the price, it's definitely great value for money. I'd recommend it to friends and would consider staying here again.

Cozy room with a complimentary upgrade. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The environment was pleasant and relaxing. Sound insulation could be better as there were many birds outside, making it a little noisy. Overall, a good stay and worth considering.

Overall a pleasant stay for a single night. Tasteful decor but you can tell its room fittings are not of premium quality, which is totally fair given its value for money. Well equipped with thoughtful amenities, such as back lit mirrors, hair dryer, clothes rack, iron and iron board. Electric water closet is a plus too!
