REZ Hotel Semarang

Thank you very much to the management team at REZ Hotel. Thank you for the cake... I've stayed at Rez Hotel several times now and have always been satisfied. Both the service and cleanliness are great. Everything is OK... Please keep up the good work. All the best!

This hotel has one major issue: the black furniture constantly stains. I used to wonder why the tables always looked dirty, and why my wet wipes were always grubby after cleaning them. Now I realize it's because the paint on the tables is chipping off.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the AC was cold, and it even had a smart TV. The service was excellent; we received a welcome drink upon arrival. The location is strategic – there are many food stalls in front of the hotel, and it's close to a hospital and a mall. I'll definitely stay at Hotel REZ again next time!

This hotel has a unique and pleasant interior. The location is very strategic. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious. Generally, the cleanliness is good. However, there were some stains on the bed sheets. We checked, and the bed sheets had already been changed, but the stains were still there after coming from the laundry. Perhaps they could cross-check this with their laundry vendor. Even after we asked for new ones from housekeeping, they were in the same condition. Another minor point for me is the complimentary drinking water. It seems to be water from a dispenser (we don't know if it's refilled or not) served in a jug, not bottled mineral water. That's a bit odd for a 4-star hotel standard. But overall, it's okay.

Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com.

Just in time for booking this hotel, the price on Trip was cheaper than other apps. Decided to go ahead and book it right away!
