Located in the heart of Semarang, very convenient with an excellent location. Plenty of parking available, but the spaces are a bit cramped. The lobby and hallways are a little narrow. The room is long and narrow, but offers sufficient space. The rooftop pool is excellent, high up with great views and a large pool. Breakfast is mediocre and the restaurant is cramped. Overall, I recommend it.

The positives: The room was spacious and the bed was very large. Overall, it was good, but the sliding bathroom door was heavy to push, and there were some unclean stains around the edges of the bathroom. The other negative was that the elevator was very old and poorly maintained, with faded and peeling carpet... It's really a shame about the elevator, it's truly neglected and there was no air freshener. Hopefully, there will be some maintenance in the future.

Everything was good,staff are v helpful. However, the hotel is in need of a manager who goes around to inspect the hotel & rooms to ensure good maintenance as there are minor issues that not many people notice. I will be back for sure.

Great location. Large bed. The front desk staff (a woman, I forgot to ask her name) had an amazing memory; she managed to remember all 5 of our room numbers. Sorry, the photo is different, but overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Overall service was okay, the room was okay, BUT... I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The AC in the room was warm/hot. Maybe because I was out most of the time, it didn't bother me much. But it was annoying at night and in the morning when it was hot. The shower in the bathroom was moldy, and the sink was also moldy.
