The quality of room cleaning during consecutive stays is still poor. However, the laundry service that delivered freshly laundered items on the same day was a lifesaver. The location is excellent, as you can walk to Kotarama.

Close to the mall and market, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Alright friends, check out this slippery, noticeably smelly bathroom. The tiles look like they've never been scrubbed, adorned with yellowish-black spots. It claims to be a Chinese-friendly hotel, but the service attitude is far from it! They didn't even put towels in the room (and seriously, don't even think about using them if they did). I fell for it because I had an early flight the next day and just endured it. Everyone, please, please avoid this place – it's absolutely disgusting.

The hotel is great, the location is absolutely fantastic and strategic. It's close to everything, including places to eat. Excellent!

The room was clean and spacious, with excellent facilities. It's also a short walk to Chinatown and the old streets with Dutch architecture. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the other staff members were very friendly.

The hotel is right next to a busy road, so there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. A temple very close to the hotel started broadcasting loud announcements at 4 AM. Also, the breakfast options weren't really suitable for Chinese palates.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years, easily top three. Their attention to detail and dedication to service quality are absolutely incredible. I wholeheartedly and earnestly recommend this hotel to all travelers; they are truly outstanding. As for location, it's very close to Semarang's Old Town, about 500 meters away, making it a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to explore the old town's charm and vibrant atmosphere.
