Due to a Turkish Airlines flight cancellation, I had to cancel my hotel stay. I wrote to the owner of the hotel asking for a 50% refund, but he refused. I attached a photo of the flight cancellation message. The next day, I saw on trip.com that the room was available. Great! I paid, and he re-rented it. Excellent central location, super clean hotel, our room had an amazing view with smart tv and had quality internet connection. Was the warmest, friendly operated boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our home made breakfasts on terrace with our beautiful beach views every morning. The customer service during our stay was outstanding and can confidently advise anyone to stay at this hotel.
