I traveled with my daughter. The room we booked was unfortunately very old, worn, and unclean (couch, bed, window). It was in an older building. We then received an upgrade, and the room was much better, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful pool. The grounds are absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth booking a higher room category here. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

Excellent swimming pools and a great location. Cha am is gaining popularity and more foreign visitors seem to be enjoying the beach chairs and street food served throughout the day. Didn't eat at hotel plenty of choice outside. Good value for money, clean, ongoing maintenance teams in evidence and some great poolside rooms.

The hotel is located across the road from the beach. The beach is sandy. There aren't many people. There are plenty of places nearby where you can eat European cuisine. It's a place for a quiet holiday and enjoying life. There are many elderly people around.
About the hotel. The room has everything you need. There is a large swimming pool on the premises. A convenient and large balcony. The rooms are a bit worn, but this does not affect the vacation in any way.

The room is comfortable, not crowded, suitable for relaxation. The price is not too expensive, suitable for the comfort received. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Very impressive.

The location of the property is very good, just across the road to the beach. The pools are splendid, except for the one on the 6th floor. Staff members are very nice and super helpful.

Close for a sea by crossing a 2 lanes road. also close to outdoor pub and restaurant, and good+reasonable price of wine house. The parking is fine even not much not staff will help arrange the slot.
