Upon making reservations and asking why 2 different rates was told it was because of Sinco DeMayo event. Upon getting here there was no event at all. In fact after calling hotels in New Orleans I found could have gotten better rates with e erdsy room service, notevery 3rd day like here. Holes in the blinds that let light thru. Was not told swimming pool was a seasonal option only, other wise would have booked somewheres else. Also went to pay for room on check out and said they do not take cash. Should be alot more informative when booking. Staff was overall friendly

The room is spacious and clean. The surrounding environment is average, but shopping is very convenient. There is a Walmart supermarket not far away.
