hotel no clean and hotel area in bed bugs (khatmal) Staf talking not good in costumer service .bathroom is not clean.

Poor hygiene arrogant staff poor amenities worst service don't believe in photos of the property even the basic lift service is not provided.

very good for night stay hotel staff behaviour is nice room condition is also good no extra charges

Staying at Hotel City Plaza Sector 7 Chandigarh was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty Loud noises from staff and other guests made it impossible to sleep. The atmosphere was chaotic and felt unsafe. It is not suitable or safe for any traveler, whether foreign or domestic, solo or with family.

My stay at Hotel City Plaza Sector 7 Chandigarh was dreadful. The rooms were filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere. Ants in the bathroom were both disgusting and unsettling. The bedsheets were clearly unclean and unchanged, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Sleep was impossible due to constant loud noises from the staff or other guests. The environment was chaotic and felt unsafe. I strongly advise against staying here, whether you're a foreign or domestic traveler, solo or with family. I would not consider this place safe or suitable for anyone.
