"I booked a prepaid stay at this hotel, including breakfast, but due to a last-minute transportation cancellation, I had to cancel my reservation. I spoke with 3 different hotel representatives over the phone, and they all assured me that cancellation would not be a problem given the circumstances. However, when I followed up, the hotel refused to refund or modify my prepaid booking. Despite my polite requests and explanations, the hotel was only interested in taking my money without providing any service or accommodation. They kept delaying a decision and ultimately told me that the prepaid booking could not be changed or canceled. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from what is supposed to be a 5-star establishment. I ended up paying completely out of pocket for a stay that never happened, all because the hotel prioritized keeping my money over addressing my valid situation and requests. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with this hotel, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not seem to value their guests or act in good faith. An absolutely pathetic experience overall!"

"The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. All the staff were kind and attentive, but the service from Chef Masha and Manager Himansha was particularly excellent. The room was spacious enough for two people. The amenities were more than sufficient. The breakfast had a rich selection of dishes. We were even able to have diapers made right in front of us. Seeing the staff working so happily and cheerfully was the best souvenir of our trip to India. My wife and I are almost 80 years old and have traveled the world about 80 times since we got married, but this was the first time we were able to enjoy a hotel stay of this scale and price. Additionally, during our stay, India was experiencing unusually high temperatures (45°C), so we couldn't go out much and spent most of our time at the hotel. If I were younger, I would definitely want to visit this hotel again."
