Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Our family recently enjoyed a day trip to Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a planned family get-together, thanks in part to Mr. Praveen Chaudhary's assistance. The friendly staff warmly greeted us, and Mr. Praveen ensured our day went smoothly. We loved the buggy ride showcasing the beautiful resort and the private dining space arranged for our relative's birthday, complete with welcome drinks and a beautiful cake. We booked side-by-side rooms with stunning lake views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included lunch buffet offered a delicious and diverse spread. We highly recommend Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

The true feel of Kerala and its beauty of back waters was felt here. It was something that we all really cherished and made the most out of this place. Reaching this resort was the best part and the view of the amazing back waters of Kerala can be experienced very closely. I really enjoyed it. The overall experience of the hotel was very nice, the staffs were friendly and the food was very good too. Being a North India, they did cater to my personal requirements while preparing the food and I had a great time.

The resort is really amazing.. I and my family stayed this resort for 3 days.. We planed here for just one day.. But we extended to 3 days... It was an amazing experience for us... There are a lot activities, especially water activities.. We enjoyed a lot... The food the hospitality everything was out standing... Specially the landscape... This will be a good choice for everyone for enjoying your days.. The staffs are really friendly... All over this is an amazing place...

We went with friends in sterling Alleppey for friends dining it was nice location restaurant lake facing .good spread of buffet so many choices of sea food to order good service nice atmosphere really like this place we will suggest to our friends.

Lovely property with Lake view. The food is awesome staff was helpful stay was comfortable. I really enjoyed that property I recommend people visit and enjoy. Hotel is hygienic and well traine staff. Quick service staff is very prompt what they are doing is wonderful keep it up guys best of luck.

A good property with excellent service standards. Food was good with lots of options, special thanks to Sangeeta and Jayshree. Would also like to mention Mr. Jatin Choudhary for taking care of our special food requests. Good water sports activities. Overall the family had an excellent time. A big appreciation for Mr. Alush, for making our stay more luxurious and taking care of finer details.... Would definitely visit again... keep up the good work guys....

Great property, good food and amazing hospitality. Loved the resort, definitely a must go in Alleppey. They have multiple water sports activities as well as recreational activities inside the resort. Have good and tasty food variety also in the restaurant.

The place was very nice. Second, the restaurant service was kind and fast, they explained me so clear somethings about the menu. Also, the food arrived really fast and the Sr.staff Praveen, walked to my table to give my food.I felt so special! Thank you
