Changchun Herun Hometown Hotel

The room layout and cleanliness were great. The complimentary music package was decent, mostly featuring barbecue, and I also ordered an extra draft beer. I didn't get to enjoy the double afternoon tea since it only offered a pot of plain white tea. The hotel's surroundings are quite nice for a stroll, with a City Planning Exhibition Hall nearby, the beautiful scenery of Friendship Park, and even black swans.

I've stayed at the Hoshine Memory Hotel more than once, and it's truly excellent. The room soundproofing is great, and their 'moon service' is fantastic. Plus, they offer free parking both above and underground. The hotel is fully equipped with everything you could need: Japanese cuisine, hot pot, barbecue, Chinese food, a buffet, a swimming pool, and a gym. They even have free car rental! It offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended, thumbs up!

The service was excellent, and breakfast was good too. The airport transfer service was very convenient. The room would be perfect with a few more essential pieces of furniture, like a table, chairs, or shelves. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I truly have to recommend this hotel to everyone! First off, the lobby is spacious and bright, very grand. The front desk service was excellent, gentle and polite, and they even upgraded my room. The breakfast was also very good. Upon checkout, Manager Moon asked if I enjoyed my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, there are many restaurants operating within the hotel, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone to experience!

This hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip to Changchun. The check-in process was incredibly welcoming, a big shout-out to the lovely Moon! She was super responsive to all my WeChat messages during my stay and resolved everything very quickly. The room itself was great; they upgraded me to a room with a fantastic view and the hotel has a swimming pool and gym, which is very convenient. Plus, they offer free travel photography and free car rental for guests. I didn't get a chance to try them this time, but I'll definitely check them out on my next visit. Highly recommend staying here!

I came to see the concert and saw that the hotel offered airport shuttle service on the platform, so I immediately came to try it out. Overall, I was very satisfied. The staff were all very warm and friendly, and the room was comfortable. I especially want to thank the staff member "Potato Sister" who provided full-service support. She contacted me before my arrival and followed up with me throughout the entire process until I left the hotel. Her service was thoughtful and considerate. Thumbs up to her! I will definitely come back next time I have the chance.

He patiently answered all my questions and made every arrangement clear for me. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was varied, and the location was very convenient. Having experienced hotels of all levels, I can confidently say that the Herun Hotel offers exceptional value for money, with quality that far surpasses similarly priced options. The service was exceptional. We stayed here for the entire five-night stay, from the beginning to the end. Our receptionist, Tianzhou, was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate every need. The rest of the hotel staff was equally attentive and responsive. Our child left behind an important Changbai Mountain souvenir before leaving, and Tianzhou quickly found and delivered it. Thank you to Tianzhou for making our trip a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout, modern decor, and cleanliness. The view from the window was stunning, and there are two parks nearby, perfect for running. The pool and gym were both well-equipped, the temperature comfortable, and even with children's classes, it wasn't overcrowded. The breakfast was plentiful and high-quality, especially the chili oil sauce, which Sichuan residents appreciated. Changchun is a small city, making it easy to get around, and I'd recommend it to my friends. I'd definitely stay at the Herun Hotel again.

Good environment, good service, airport pick-up, car rental, all very good! The service reception staff is very enthusiastic, and the introduction of local specialties and fun places is also very good! Recommended
