Response from Property: Choosing the right hotel was crucial for this trip! The hotel's location near People's Square subway station in the city center is incredibly convenient, with numerous attractions nearby, including Northeastern Chinese home-style restaurants, Guilin Road food street, MixC shopping mall, and the zoo and botanical park. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the shower had plenty of water pressure, and they even thoughtfully provided a non-slip mat, which was safe for the elderly and children. The service was a pleasant surprise; the front desk proactively brought toys for the children, and when the kids were noisy at night, a call to the front desk resulted in earplugs being delivered immediately. The attention to detail was remarkable, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
