Regent Hotel

The room was very spacious, and the furnishings, especially the chandelier and bathtub, looked quite grand. The bedding was also clean. The hotel isn't far from the train station or the subway, making travel very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. It would be even better if the mini-fridge worked a bit more effectively. Of course, for this price, some minor hardware shortcomings are acceptable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station exit, with some rooms offering views of the Changchun Railway Station. It seems to be an older hotel; the cleanliness was acceptable, but some of the facilities and furniture were quite old, and there was some water leakage and mold on parts of the ceiling. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the room wasn't designated as smoking or non-smoking, and there was a strong smell of smoke upon entering.

Pros: The location is close to Changchun Station, making transportation convenient, and the price is relatively cheaper compared to similar hotels. However, the hotel facilities are old, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor, the wallpaper and curtains are run-down, and the breakfast is very basic.

The overall hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. The location is convenient for getting around, and the staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The environment was well-maintained and hygienic, and the facilities were complete. This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a decade. It was a scorching hot day, and the air conditioning in the room couldn't get below 29 degrees Celsius, even after an hour. I contacted the front desk, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. I finally managed to switch rooms after contacting Trip.com customer service, but by then it was already 10:30 PM.
