Service: The front desk service is the best: because we are taking care of children, we take great care of them. The lobby manager who works the night shift at the front desk provided children's toothbrushes and slippers, personally took us to the room, helped us push our luggage, and gave detailed help on walking. In the end, he took us to a restaurant to dine and informed us of the business hours of relevant places so that we could make arrangements in advance to maximize the experience. There is a large open space in the back, and takeout can be delivered! Because it was cold, I didn't go to see the scenery outside. The hot spring I took my children to had a big pool and seven or eight small pools. There were not many people. I got off work at nine o'clock! The breakfast buffet is also very good! Overall satisfied, it would be better if the room temperature were higher!
