Response from Property: 感謝您抽出時間分享這次入住的體驗~非常抱歉這次入住給您帶來了這麼多不舒服的體驗，真的很抱歉。這些問題其實都是我們酒店自身工作沒做到位：煙味和煙頭是我們客房檢查和公共區域巡檢不細緻，停熱水這事雖然電力公司是誘因，但其實是我們沒做好突**況的應急通知，不能怪到電力公司頭上。我們已經整改好了：現在要求客房打掃無煙房後，領班必須再上門檢查異味，清潔阿姨每天清理窗外死角，我們還做了突發停電停水的應急流程，一旦出問題會第一時間在客房門貼通知，同時給前台留好燒水設備，隨時給客人送過去。真的特別抱歉破壞了您的出行好心情，要是您之後再來這邊玩，歡迎再來我們這兒試試，一定給您舒服順心的入住體驗。-Bobo Du
