He didn't communicate with customers with the original intention of customer service. He just dealt with his own job. He repeated a sentence many times. He didn't communicate for the purpose of handling and solving problems. He didn't think and negotiate from the perspective of customers at all, which made me angry. 2. Improve some facilities ★★ ① In fact, the price is not cheap, but there is no smart toilet. The toilet lid is not damped when it is put down. If you are not careful, it will bang. If you go to the toilet at night and put the toilet lid down and sleep, you will be woken up directly. It is recommended to use a better toilet; ② The air conditioner cannot cool. To be honest, it is still a little hot in Changchun in mid-April. I didn’t want to stay here for the second night because my children were coming to play. For convenience, I stayed for another night. As a result, I couldn’t sleep in the middle of the night because of the heat. I got up to comment; ③ There is no night light. It is either completely dark or fully lit, or the headlight on the head is on, shining in your eyes. The table lamp on the bedside is completely a decoration. You can’t turn it on separately. Either the table lamp is turned on when it is fully lit (what’s the point?), or the table lamp is turned on when the overhead spotlight is turned on (what’s the point?), which is quite speechless. 3. Reduce environmental noise ★★ At around 11 or 12 o'clock, Changchun Hongqi Street was relatively quiet. This was good, there was no noise outside. The terrace of this viewing room was embedded in the mall. If you closed the door of the terrace, you couldn't sleep because of the heat. If you opened the door, the noise of workers moving metal racks, chatting, and repairing in the mall in the early morning was endless. In the overall quietness, it was particularly harsh and seriously affected the quality of sleep. It is recommended to communicate with the mall. Since it is closed at 10 o'clock in the evening, try to control the noise for the remaining work or sometimes have a break. It was already more than 1 o'clock in the morning when I was typing, and the staff had just dispersed. The sound of metal knocking and loud conversations were still coming one after another.
