It’s too dirty and a lot of stuff is broken. Unfortunately we thought it would be a new hotel but it seems to be very old. Cannot recommend it to stay.

Her warm and thoughtful service to the guests is truly remarkable, which has improved the overall service quality of the hotel! 👍After the check-in experience these few days, I had completely lost confidence in the extremely poor service attitude at the front desk, and I planned to keep bad reviews! The extremely poor quality of the front desk staff from May 1 to 3 almost completely ruined the original good impression of the Four Points by Sheraton in my mind! There is basically no service at all. There is no smile from the concierge to the front desk. Only the cleaners are kinder. The towels are fluttering, just like the towels cut by yourself. They are incomparable to the same level of Hyatt, Mandarin and Shangri-La. , Even Atour is better than it, if Sheraton is at this level, I will choose carefully in the future
