The hotel left a very positive impression. All the staff members are extremely polite and always eager to help. Furthermore, the staff speaks and understands English well, so international guests can feel comfortable here. The room is cozy and spacious, and equipped with everything necessary. There is a wonderful view from the window. However, it would have been nice to have at least a couple of plates for heating up food in the microwave. Housekeeping was provided daily, and the maids never disturbed me while I was still in the room—unlike what sometimes happens at other hotels. I would also like to point out that the washing machines in the laundry room have an unpleasant odor, so the clothes don't smell fresh after washing. I hope you can resolve this issue. Once again, please convey my thanks to the reception staff on both the first and second floors.

Excellent stay with kids! The room was spacious and bright, thoughtfully equipped with children's amenities, and even had a fridge and washing machine. The mall downstairs was super convenient for taking the kids out and grabbing food. It was clean, soundproof, and the breakfast spread was great. The service was gentle and attentive too.

A perfect score! The room was spotless, the bedding was neat and odorless, and even the corners were cleaned thoroughly. The toiletries were complete and of good quality, with ample towels and toothbrushes. A comfortable stay with attentive attention to detail; highly recommended for travel accommodations, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Special praise and thanks to Xiao Qi, whose attentive and enthusiastic service, and skillful and composed handling of issues, shows great potential! [Strong][Strong][Strong]
