Facilities: Complete, including a gym and laundry facilities.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, and the maids were very thorough.

This stay was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right firmness. Rooms closer to the residential area were much quieter. The front desk lady was very friendly and promptly addressed any issues. The beef noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the location was convenient, with easy access to food and shopping. This hotel is a great value for the price. I'll definitely choose this one next time I visit Changde!
