The resort grounds are wonderfully quiet and offer an escape from crowds, with excellent facilities including a pool, spa, and meditation areas. The service is attentive and gentle, making it perfect for unwinding and healing. It's an ideal choice for a beach getaway.

Upon arrival, the front desk swiftly and efficiently handled my check-in, proactively informing me about luggage storage and dedicated storage for large photographic equipment, which saved me a lot of preparation time. The room hygiene was impeccable; the large panoramic window was crystal clear and spotless, with no dust on the floor or surfaces, and the storage area was clean and dry, allowing me to safely store precise cameras, lenses, and other valuable equipment without worrying about dust damage. My butler, Sherry, was very familiar with the best local photography spots. She precisely tailored a full-day photography excursion plan based on sunrise, sunset, and tidal changes, guiding me through different shooting routes for coastal scenery, cultural architecture, wave close-ups, and night lights at various times. She provided exclusive services such as temporary equipment storage, early morning wake-up calls, borrowing simple blackout props, and leading the way to lesser-known wild spots, immediately adjusting the shooting schedule if the weather changed. Thanks to the efficient front desk reception, the clean and dust-free room, and Sherry's professional photography tour planning and dedicated equipment services, I successfully captured many satisfying works. I highly recommend it to photography enthusiasts.

This smooth and fast check-in process meant we didn't have to wait long in the lobby and could quickly begin our romantic getaway. The guest room hygiene was impeccable; the bedsheets were perfectly smooth without a single wrinkle, the bathroom mirror was spotless, the drain free of hair, and the balcony lounging area clean and fresh. All soft furnishings and decorative items were polished to a shine, with every detail showcasing stringent hygiene standards. Our exclusive butler, Sherry, was the highlight of our trip. Considering it was our honeymoon, she meticulously planned a two-day romantic itinerary, including sunrise beach photo ops, photos at the 'Lonely Library,' a seaside Western dinner date, and a leisurely stroll along a secluded sunset boardwalk. She also arranged personalized services like floral arrangements, chilled fruit wine, and a private afternoon tea, coordinating transportation and booking popular photo spots whenever needed. Extremely satisfied. ❤️ The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome drinks and snacks. ❤️ The room amenities were excellent, and the overall layout was very comfortable. For example, the functional separation in the bathroom was very convenient, allowing different family members to use different areas simultaneously, saving time. The vanity and makeup mirror were also thoughtfully placed. ❤️ The hotel's location is central, between the South Zone and the North Shore, making it easy to get to both. The hotel shuttle service was quick and convenient. ❤️ We had a dedicated butler contactable via WeChat, which made requesting anything very easy.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with outstanding service. They even dry your laundry and deliver it to your room! The staff (especially the housekeeper on the 4th floor) are incredibly friendly and the room is spotless. The shuttle service is very prompt, making it super convenient to get around. They even provide complimentary local snacks, which my kids absolutely loved. Full marks! 💯

Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes. What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

A delightful surprise! I didn't expect such fantastic service and facilities. The outdoor pool was lovely, but it was too cold to use during the Dragon Boat Festival due to the rain. Breakfast was also quite good. The complimentary craft beer was a really nice touch. The service was absolutely exceptional! A special shout-out to the butler.
