Overall, I'm very satisfied. I love the sea view suite and plan to bring my kids back for another stay next summer.

The room was very spacious, and the balcony with a private hot spring tub was fantastic! It was great to be able to continue soaking in our room after the public hot springs closed for the night. We even stargazed while enjoying the hot spring. The evenings in Qinhuangdao this season aren't cold, the temperature was just right. We didn't even bother changing out of our swimsuits, just went straight back to the hotel for a soak. The moment we sat in, we felt incredibly happy and warm, it was amazing. One thing to note is that there are a lot of mosquitoes here, so be sure to take precautions against them. Another highlight for us were the friendly animals downstairs. If you had some feed in your hand, the little lambs would gather around you. These animals were all clean, lively, and absolutely adorable – we loved them!

This hotel is located in the quietest part of Fishing Island. There are alpacas, deer, and other small animals right on the lawn below the building, and staff even provide leaves for children to feed them. The hygiene is good, and the service is warm; every time we contacted the front desk or our butler, they responded very promptly and efficiently. Special thanks to our butler, Zhou Shuang. When she learned that my child had been stung by a jellyfish, she immediately arranged for a car and accompanied us to the medical station, which put our minds completely at ease. The private hot spring water was changed and cleaned well, too. It's also very close to the Luyu Restaurant where breakfast is served. The only minor inconveniences were that the bathroom lacked a place to put clothes or towels, and a small suggestion: it would be great if there were a place to rinse off sand before entering the hotel directly from the beach.

Extremely satisfied! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the performers for the activities were enthusiastic and professional. The kids didn't want to leave, so we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The hotel environment is fantastic! My kids loved getting up close with the deer. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Special mention to Zhou Shuang, who was exceptionally warm and detailed in explaining the check-in process and activity times. Our whole family and friends had a wonderful time here.

Excellent! The environment is quiet and elegant. The large terrace with a hot spring bath is truly enjoyable. Highly recommend! The restaurant staff even helped me find my car keys.

The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The only minor drawback was that the chair cushions weren't very clean, which slightly affected the overall impression. Perhaps because it's located near the lawn and beach, we found different bugs in the room on both days, which was a bit unsettling. The entire hotel is divided into several buildings, and stepping out immediately brings you to the lawn and beach, which kids absolutely loved. There were also cute, gentle, and friendly deer and alpacas that the children enjoyed feeding. All the staff were very responsible. The staff member who contacted me via WeChat, Zhou Shuang, reached out before our arrival to provide important information and reminders. During our stay, I could WeChat him anytime with questions, and he always responded promptly and resolved issues quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

Overall, the Qihai Hotel is relatively new and I was generally satisfied. However, on the second day, we moved to two corner rooms, and the bathroom odor was extremely strong... it was really unpleasant. The hotel front desk was very kind and moved us to a room in another hotel (reportedly a family villa) but the overall condition was too old, and it felt more like a guesthouse... it really felt like staying in someone else's home. I personally prefer standard hotel amenities, but I'm still very grateful for the change. The breakfast at the restaurant was average, but dinner was unexpectedly delicious, we ate there two days in a row. Personally, I feel that the overall value for money at Yu Dao (Fisherman's Island) is too low. The price of 1500+ is the same as Aranya next door, but the facilities are far inferior.

The hotel environment is lovely, with an innovative design concept. From the king-size bed, opening the curtains reveals a truly healing view. The room is spacious and well laid out. It would be even better if the floors were wiped without leaving water marks, the room had a fresher scent (there was a slightly fishy smell after mopping), and the toiletries were a bit more refined. Breakfast is served next door at Luyu Restaurant, and the management there could use some improvement. When we went at 9:30 AM, there was no one to seat us, so we had to find a table ourselves, and no one was clearing tables promptly. The food selection is adequate for its price point, but the display fridge for bread and pastries had noticeable hygiene issues, both externally and internally. Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons, but the timely butler service, excellent views, top-notch design, and clean, friendly animals make it worth trying.
