此次選擇該民宿入住，整體體驗超出預期，尤其在服務、設施及主理人溝通方面感受極佳。 預訂後，主理人便主動溝通入住細節，提前告知交通路線、周邊停車訊息及當地天氣情況，響應及時且條理清晰。到店後，從引導入住到介紹民宿功能區，全程耐心細緻，無過度推銷，溝通中盡顯真誠。 民宿設施配置完善且維護得當:客房內床品潔凈、空調製熱/製冷效果良好，洗漱用品齊全且品質很好;公共區域的休閑區、茶飲區佈置合理，滿足客人休息交流需求; 全程入住無任何不適，主理人的真誠服務與齊全的設施，共同構成了舒適的住宿體驗。若後續有相關出行計劃，會優先選擇再次入住，並向身邊朋友推薦。還有老闆的酒很好，我還帶走了幾十斤。

房間寬敞整潔，門口是很大二個魚塘 還可以釣魚，老闆很熱情，給我們介紹景區要怎麼玩耍才划算，設施是實木床，很寬敞的，洗漱用品很好，不是廉價物品，用着很舒心，很好的。下次還來。

設施比較新而齊全，服務也很好，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間大還乾淨整潔衞生，早餐也很豐盛，朋友推薦來的這家民宿果然不錯。

蜀南竹海雙鳳山莊，竹海環繞如畫卷，環境清幽超凡俗，老闆服務貼心又周到，飯菜可口 菌類獨特，住宿舒適心自寧，放鬆身心好去處。喜歡清靜的親們，可以選擇這家酒店啦。我們夫妻休閑度假，十日有餘後又加續訂一天。老闆為人厚道熱心。唯一缺陷山莊外圍這裏麪蚊子特別多。怕蚊子的親們 山莊前後休閑遛彎時要多帶點蚊貼。明年有機會還會來山莊休閑。親們選他家沒錯。這是兩人每天的菜飯。
