We love how spacious the room is. Even though the hotel is near the airport, you never hear the flights.. The breakfast is good and it’s an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle bus makes it convenient. The rooms are quite comfortable. I did not find that there were any restaurants close by so be prepared. I would recommend if you have early morning flight.

As for the nearby restaurant you mentioned, the hotel is located near the airport, and there are supermarkets, various specialty Hunan cuisine restaurants, milk tea night snacks and so on more than 500 meters out of the door. Besides, there are bicycle rental services for guests staying in the hotel, and you can drive to the nearby Bailian Outlet shopping plaza in about 5 minutes.Look forward to meeting you in the future.

My family came for a vacation around Hunan after I finished my university exchange program here. There are only evening flights from Bangkok to Changsha so we need a place to rest before we continue our journey to Zhangjiajie in the morning. My parents are very impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and the services here. The staff doesn't have very good English speaking skills but makes every effort to help us. I came all the way from my study in Beijing with 2 big luggage which the hotel allowed me to store there for the whole trip despite the fact that we booked the room day only for the night. All in all, a very good experience here. The little downside are the fact that the hotel is located some 1-2 km away from any convenient/food store.

Very close to the airport, quick check in and spacious room with comfortable and big beds (twin room).

it is freezing cold and the lobby and restaurant did not have any heating system on. so called hyatt but so cheap facilities. basic heating system also cant be on for a lobby.

The problem is we arrived at 8pm and they didn’t have dinner. Only it was posible to buy soup in box chocolat or drinks.

This was a great place to stay for a night between flights. Staff was helpful and friendly, it’s super close to the airport, food was tasty, and beds were very comfortable.

Location and shuttle service perfect for airport accessibility but not so much for leisure. Rooms were great and breakfast and dinner was wonderful.
